1.下缸柱塞改用鍍硬鉻鋼件加耐磨環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)，避免了柱塞崩裂問題
2.下缸密封圈采用進(jìn)口組合圈，可以使用十五年以上不用更換。
3.立柱、活塞桿均采用中頻熱處理，表面鍍硬鉻。
4.退料缸可單獨(dú)點(diǎn)動(dòng)控制。
5.液壓系統(tǒng)采用插裝閥，插裝閥通道大、流量大、速度快、噪音小、發(fā)熱量低
6.電器控制改用微電腦型單片機(jī)，該系統(tǒng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是 24V 的安全控制電壓，里面沒有中間繼電器、無觸點(diǎn)，全電腦芯片穩(wěn)定性能高，使用壽命長，操作簡單。
7.大范圍的光柵安全保護(hù)裝置。
